Risk Management LMS CoordinatorPosition Overview
This position is responsible for operational and administrative support of the LMS program primarily related to training, education, and awareness. The Risk Management LMS Coordinator is responsible for the support, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other instructional resources used to meet Shaw’s training needs. This role will work closely with subject matter experts and system administrators to develop, and ensure adherence to, an enterprise-wide training calendar.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serves as the Risk Management Learning Management System administrator and subject matter expert.
Manage courses in the Workday LMS, to include creating courses, adding reminders where needed and other related activities
Create and oversee Workday campaign launches to include adding reminders, scheduling future processes and other related activities
Creation of training audiences and updates as needed
Assist with course module edits when necessary. Work with internal partners to ensure requirements are met.
Monitor completion of mandatory training, maintain comprehensive training records and provide status reports to business partners as requested
Monitor training effectiveness to continuously refine training to achieve optimum business results
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity to include Shaw Learning Library
Interact with internal and external customers, building positive relationships and embodying Shaw’s values
Possess keen attention to detail, passionate about accuracy, and committed to demonstrating timely follow through and execution with work, inquiries, and requests when needed
Gather and analyze data as requested by internal and external partners for audit or regulatory purposes
Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3-5 years of administrative experience preferred
Experience with compliance training standards preferred
Workday and/or learning management systems experience preferred
Attention to detail required
Ability to work independently to solve problems and recommend solutions, but also work collaboratively with business partners
Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects, work independently and collaboratively with a team, and with multiple groups of stakeholders
Strong internal and external communication, writing, and project management skills
Ability to consistently meet deadlines, prioritize, and deliver quality results in a time-sensitive environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
