Job Description

The International division at Flutter includes regions: UK & Ireland, Southern Europe & Africa, Central Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific and Brazil. This role will support SEA/CEE/APAC/Brazil regions; a business area of 12,000 employees across 15 countries.

This role will assist the Reward Lead and Reward Director in supporting our Regions with developing and delivering their Total Reward Strategies. The role holder will have a good understanding of reward processes, and how to use data to support the attraction, retention and engagement of talent in a multinational environment.

This role acts as key support in reward analytics and will act as a liaison between the local Reward/People teams and Group Reward to share best practice and to ensure our Regions benefit from the tools and expertise available through the Flutter Edge.

Success requires working collaboratively to understand business and people challenges, and a creative approach to ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business needs.

What you’ll do

• Support the SEA/CEE/APAC/Brazil people teams in providing insights into pay benchmarking, structure design and compensation analysis.

• Assist in developing a reward roadmap for each Region with suggested future developments against business needs & monitor its progress.

• Assist in the integration of brands within the Regions, and of newly acquired businesses in embedding reward practices where needed.

• Support the implementation of the Flutter global job architecture; from initial set up and mapping of roles to ongoing job sizing support.

• Work with the local teams to understand current reward cycles and look for opportunities to improve efficiencies and employee experience.

• Answer and resolve day-to-day reward related queries on processes and policies, educating and escalating where needed.

• Build and maintain knowledge of international markets and practice amongst other similar companies.

• Support on ad-hoc and project work, including contribution to cross-divisional reward initiatives and integration projects, as necessary.

• Assist with the development of clear communications plans & collateral to cascade to across regions/brands.

How you’ll do it

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Data-driven attitude with the ability to translate insights into action.

• Experience of explaining policy and process to employees and other internal collaborators including via written and verbal communications.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work at pace, prioritise workload and work fluidly in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.

• Comfortable with ambiguity.
