Revenue Operations Executive
The Role : In this role, you will provide operational support across the entire customer lifecycle journey, ensuring adherence to country GTMs and Anchanto best practices - emphasis is on foundational sales & account management support and process governance, with an expectation of growth into more complex operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between Field Sales, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless cross-functional communication.
- Monitor and maintain assigned sales programs, ensuring their effective execution and compliance.
- Proactively research and resolve customer and internal team inquiries, acting as a first point of contact for sales support.
- Perform other related duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned to support the broader Sales Operations function.
Essential Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Previous experience working in a high-tech environment is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of fast-paced technology sales cycles.
- Some experience with HubSpot, ChurnZero, ClickUp.
