ABOUT THE ROLE
The role sits in our Transactional Finance team looks after the Group’s transaction processing, management and financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, tax and treasury.
You will be part of our Performance Reporting team as a Revenue Analyst, supporting the Senior Commercial Accountant in monitoring and reporting the Group’s revenue performance. You’ll maintain KPI data at channel level, provide insights through trend analysis, and work closely with Commercial and Finance teams to anticipate performance issues and resolve variances.
This role involves collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure accurate, timely sales data, supporting month-end revenue accruals, and driving process improvements across Finance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential, along with a passion for continuous improvement and automation.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Monitor click, sales, and conversion data to support Performance Reporting and Commercial Finance teams.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) with insights on performance versus targets.
Support Commercial Accountants with forecasting, performance reporting, and ad hoc commercial requests.
Engage in vertical (segment) activities to understand projects and their impact on trading performance.
Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to assess proposed initiatives and track their impact.
Ensure accurate revenue reporting and maintain processes for billing and budget tracking.
Manage timely receipt and quality of sales data, liaising with internal teams and third-party providers.
Review and interrogate sales data for anomalies, missing information, or misattributions.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality and automate processes using tools like GCP, Workday, Tableau.
Contribute to business initiatives, including automated revenue per transaction (RPT) calculations and continuous improvement.
Understand end-to-end data flows across multiple systems and support weekly revenue forecasting and accruals.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Numerate and analytical, ideally used to working with large volumes of data, in an online environment, with an understanding of the key drivers of revenue generation
Strong communication skills, providing senior non-finance stakeholders with clear understanding of the revenue trends in clear and concise terms
Ability to form close working relationships within and across functional areas
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload easily
Strong Excel skills with a focus and desire on process improvement and automation
Attention to detail and accuracy

INTERVIEW PROCESS
You will have an initial video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, followed by;
1. 30mins call to run through your experience and the role in more depth
2. 60mins interview that consists of both competency and behavioural questions.
