Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of retirement plan services clients. In addition, responsible for an appreciable level of sales generation activity. Also responsible for mapping and executing the strategic direction of the Retirement Plan Services line of business.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
• Management of a book of RPS accounts and maintenance of the account relationships. Concentration on higher value/larger plan relationships.
• For RPS accounts serve as conduit to recordkeeping outsource partner.
• Point the creation of plan reviews and prospect presentations and deliver on higher sales goals.
• Fulfill sales responsibilities and serve as ERISA/plan expert and advocating the value prop to business partners across the footprint.
• Ensure delivery of highest level of client services to RPS plan clients and their participants.
• With management of the Wealth Management division, provide assistance in mapping and executing the strategic direction of the Retirement Plan Services line of business.
• If assigned, may have responsibility for required IRA maintenance, reporting and documentation.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
• Ten plus years of experience regarding qualified plans.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Additional Cannon or other related ERISA/qualified plan training required.
• CEBS, CRSP or other similar professional designation required.

Physical Requirements:
• Occasionally lifts and carries up to 10 lbs.
• Frequently sits, stands, walks and drives.

Compliance Statement: The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes all Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, as well as all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.

Pay Range:

$107,000/year to $142,760/year
