Job Summary

As a Retail Warehouse Manager, you'll have the opportunity to oversee the daily operations of our on-site and off-site warehouses, ensuring seamless inventory management and efficient distribution to our (8) store locations.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the on-site and off-site warehouse, including overseeing all aspects of inventory control, storage, and distribution processes.
- Collaborate closely with Retail leadership to ensure merchandise is received, stored, replenished, and distributed efficiently and accurately.
- Implement and optimize inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs.
- Conduct regular audits and transfers of inventory to maintain accuracy and accountability.
- Creates a monthly schedule and oversees time and attendance as well as monitors overtime.
- Develop and maintain warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Works side-by-side with Retail leadership to ensure scheduling and operational procedures are integral for all stadium concerts and events.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and other relevant software to track inventory and manage warehouse operations effectively.
- Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Responsible for ensuring that purchase order system is adhered to for all orders received at the warehouse.
- Solely responsible sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
- This position includes an event based schedule, including nights and weekends in addition to a daytime schedule of regular warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience: 5 years in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced stadium, retail, or entertainment environment.
- Proven record of leading and managing 10 or more associates, not including Supervisors and Assistant Managers.
- Strong understanding of inventory management best practices and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
- Solid working knowledge of computer applications: Microsoft office, POS systems, time keeping systems.
- Forklift certification highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking. Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision, and close vision.
