As a Retail Stock Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring merchandise and supplies are prepped, organized, and ready to shine. Your attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-organized retail and storage areas will help set the tone for a welcoming, efficient environment. THE STARTING RATE: $15
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Count, inspect, and prepare merchandise upon delivery in order to transport it to retail stores and storage rooms.
Stock and replenish merchandise in stores following all department and visual merchandising standards.
Prepare store-to-store transfers and return to vendor items on provided forms.
Communicate merchandise and supply inventory needs to Assistant Managers/Managers and Vendors.
Assist in preparing for and conducting physical inventory and cycle counts.
Assist sales associates as needed with guests needs following the company’s S.H.O.W. guest service standards.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years old or older.
