About the team
In this role, you'll be joining the Retail team. The Retail team spans across 5 brick and mortar showrooms and over 45 Nordstrom locations, all crucial to supporting our customers. This team specializes in looking at the diverse needs of our customers and uses their expertise to meet people where they are, guide them where they want to be, and seamlessly solve problems along the way. Our retail team ensures our customers have the support they need to become the best version of themselves.
What You’ll Do
The Showroom Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the foundation for our showroom business and contributing to the overall success of the team through exceptional organizational, operational, and customer experience actions. Being the face of The Black Tux, Showroom employees have an immediate and direct impact on the success of the business. Our team not only provides an exceptional fitting appointment, they also assist customers through various stages of their event life cycle. From look conception to fruition; aiding in styling, event setup and checkout. This role supports the showroom’s revenue goals while fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and elevated customer service.
