You'll join our APLA Retail Experiences team, a group of innovators dedicated to delivering elevated retail experiences that drive engagement and loyalty with the Nike brand. As a key team member, we’re looking for a Retail Marketer for Nike Stores who can help us drive retail marketing strategies for retail concepts, signature services, 365 experience and consumer journey across Inline and Value. We desire a creative, people-first teammate who will obsess consumer insights, understand shopping behaviors (O2O) and consumer journeys in store, and build unbelievable product innovation stories and experiences to drive demand and impact across the marketplace. This individual will constantly be looking for opportunities to elevate Brand Standards, improve the in-store storytelling, in order to connect with consumers, deliver experiential experiences and drive sales. The ideal candidate has a global mindset and enjoys experiencing cross cultural collaboration. Should enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, positive and collaborative team environment. This person needs to be comfortable navigating a cross-functional matrix and be a sel-starter to execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies.
You will report into the APLA Retail Experience Sr Manager and work closely with the cross functional partners to champion retail experience function in GEO across Inline & Value fleet. You will be responsible for executing playbooks & directives for 365 Retail Experience and Always On (FW & Apparel), while supporting the team in both new store opening & remodel strategies and Omnichannel experiences. As the retail marketing specialist, you will partner closely with Retail Brand and Visual Merchandising team in building Always On directive across concepts and ensure that the Retail Experience strategies land with impact through playbook extension from Global. You will play supporting role in adapting & driving long term strategy on Channel Experience and Omnichannel Experience for the fleet.
If this is you, you will report directly into the Retail Experience Sr Manager. You will be part of a team that collaborates daily with the Nike Stores Concept teams, Visual Merchandising & Styling, Stores Merchants, Brand Creative Retail Design, Brand Marketing, Digital Brand teams, Global teams and City/Territory teams all with the goal to tell amazing stories, deliver impactful experiences and increase awareness and sales in the marketplace.
