The Retail Channel Manager (RCM) Lead, working in tandem, will each oversee a team of 10 retail channel managers responsible for all retail vaccines across the country. The RCM Lead will be accountable for overseeing the RCM team, ensuring a consistent implementation of the retail channel sales model and serving as a subject matter expert on the Retail Channel for field sales enablement. This role will ultimately serve to lead and develop RCMs to ensure consistency of best practice, individual development and growing capabilities is occurring in our vital RCM team. This role will focus on driving retail sales through effective team management and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Reporting to Retail Sales Lead, the RCM Lead will serve as the single point of accountability for retail sales performance for the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Channel Managers to ensure consistent implementation, ways of working and process improvement is in place
Serve as the conduit and key point of contact for insight gathering in partnership with strategy, marketing, and National account directors
Foster the development of strategic plans for retail channels and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Serve as the single point of accountability for retail sales performance in collaboration with the Vaccine Sales Leads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize retail channel strategies at the field and store levels
Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within retail channels at the field and store level

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of sales, marketing, or retail field experience
3+ years of people leadership within sales or retail field structures
Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Up to 55% travel, must reside near a major airport
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
MBA or Pharm.D preferred
Previous experience as a retail account manager or retail sales role for vaccines
High level of familiarity in analyzing data to identify opportunities
Experience developing processes and ways of working in order to complete continuous quality improvement
