As a Resourcing Partner, you’ll play a critical role in our continued growth supporting our short, medium and long term objectives as we continue implementing organisational change. Candidate experience is of paramount importance so critical we closely manage the entire employee journey, from attraction to hiring and onboarding.
Whilst striving to hire the most suitable candidates you can also expect to take an active role in ongoing projects, process improvement and raising brand awareness in support of our intent to remain an employer of choice.
This is a hands on role and at exciting time for our business. You can expect to work on a wide variety of roles across our organisation helping to shape and develop our future resourcing strategy.
Initially offered for a fixed term of 18 months
Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a key/ pivotal role in managing the delivery of operational requirements, taking responsibility for certain business areas.
Partnering with key stakeholders within the business, you will be experienced in leading and advising with an ability to adapt your style. Roles will vary from the niche & specialist areas to high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Your background will indicate success in delivery of recruitment services according to best practice guidelines and market-leading principles
Ensure excellent relationships are built at all levels across the organisation ensuring visibility of the team and highlighting value we bring.
As a hands of Recruiter, you’ll be expected to proactively source/ manage talent across our varying business units including the drafting & posting of adverts alongside agency selection where appropriate.
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and create a hiring strategy to support if not evident
Attract, screen, and hire candidates through a robust and consistent recruitment process
Manage all candidates efficiently with a focus on ensuring an excellent and timely experience
Measure, monitor and manage the recruitment processes from end-to-end through Workday
Adopt a data driven and evidence-based approach to delivery underpinned by a commitment to diversity and inclusion
Work in a collaborative team, passionate about knowledge sharing and upskilling
Develop collaborative internal relationships to ensure that the recruitment strategy meets wider business requirements
Work with marketing to deliver our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in the market
Coaching and upskilling Hiring Manager in recruitment and interviewing techniques
Skills, Experience & Background:
You’ll have demonstrable experience gained from performing a similar role or roles with the following skills and experience:
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market-leading principles.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to their work, seeking opportunities to make improvements and problem solve
A high level of accuracy, ensuring trackers and Workday are kept up to date
Experience of taking a consultative approach to supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process
Experience of project delivery across diversity, process improvement, employer branding etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable communicating at all levels
Work collaboratively with HRBPs & Hiring Managers to provide a seamless service
Analytical and able to interpret recruitment data & make recommendations based on results
Customer focused – committed to delivering an excellent experience for candidates and our hiring community
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage own workload
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with key figures within client businesses.
