Join Our Property Management Team

We're looking for an experienced Residential Property Assistant (m/f/d) to deliver exceptional residential services for one of our key corporate clients. This role offers the opportunity to manage the complete residential experience, from property preparation to tenant support, while working with a professional team committed to excellence.

Your Tasks

  • Coordinate comprehensive property services including furnishing, maintenance, and compliance management
  • Manage reactive maintenance, M&E, Soft FM and building fabric works across leasehold properties
  • Oversee seamless move-in and move-out processes that enhance tenant satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate inventory management and system documentation
  • Process rent collection, utilities management, and housing administration coordination
  • Utilize Corrigo platform for efficient service delivery and performance tracking
  • Build productive relationships with landlords, estate agents, and housing authorities
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, supply chain partners, and client representatives
  • Provide responsive customer support and home search assistance
  • Coordinate planned and reactive services with sub-contractors and service providers
  • Conduct regular quality audits to maintain service standards
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting standards

Your Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in property management or similar residential services role
  • Fluent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken) Proficiency with MS Office applications and property management systems Practical experience working with landlords, estate agents, and tenancy agreements
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel between properties
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Commercial awareness balanced with customer-focused service delivery Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder interactions
