Job Description

Provides comprehensive clerical support in the acquisition, tracking, management, and disposition of fixed assets, ensuring that Concentrix’s asset investments are safeguarded, accurately accounted for, and aligned with company policies.

Function:

• This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient asset control processes, enabling sound financial management and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Assists in the receipt, labeling, and accurate documentation of fixed assets, ensuring all relevant records are promptly and properly updated in Concentrix's fixed asset management database. 
• This role involves active participation in regular inventory audits helping to track asset movements and providing support for upcoming export or import activities. 
• Additionally, the position plays a key role in identifying and reporting obsolete, damaged, or underperforming assets, ensuring that these items are flagged for timely action in accordance with company policies and procedures. 
• Through these efforts, the role ensures the integrity of asset records and contributes to efficient asset lifecycle management.

Requirements:

• English (a plus)

• Detail-oriented

• Experience in inventory management

• Degree in Administration

• Good attitude and availability
