We are currently looking for a Reporting & Analytics Analyst willing to work on a fixed term contract. This person will support all teams across ICON by blending data from multiple sources. Provides specialized systems and analytical support to the wider team.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for creating and generating reports that provide analytics to agreed team stakeholders up to executive
Excel dashboard creation and management - fielding updates and requests from key stakeholders
Take action on ad hoc data requests from both internal and external personnel
Monitor and maintain data integrity best practices within reporting systems through auditing and compliance report creation
Provide system support and training needs for the team
Project Management abilities - maintaining shared presentations within SharePoint, gathering metrics and data to pair with management commentary
Carry out system configuration and support tasks, managing system data connections
Execute research and data analysis tasks
Review and respond to reporting/system related internal inboxes
Your profile:
Bachelors degree.
Strong experience in MS Excel, Power BI, presentation slides (analytical feedback on reviewing data).
Experience in data integrity, data clean up/management, data validation.
Knowledge and understanding of recruiting workflow/processes.
Workday Reporting experience preferred.
Communication skills verbally and written in Spanish and English.
Availability to attend the office 3 times a week.
Fixed term contract - 6 months.
