Job Description:
The Reporting Analyst will be based in Fremont, CA. In this position, you will be a part of a Global Sales Reporting Team, responsible for producing and managing reports and BI dashboards which will enable leadership to make informed decisions. Day to day will be responding to ad-hoc data requests, building and maintaining dashboards for our business units, and working with sales staff to ensure success within the entire sales org. In tandem with day to day tasks, reporting analysts must also manage long term process improvements and strategic initiatives to consistently improve work-product.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
Oversee global reporting team
Translate data into compelling narratives that shape sales strategy
Track sales activities and targets using Salesforce & Power BI
Generate and polish executive facing reporting, analysis, and presentations
Manage CRM system reporting, improvements, modifications, and automation
Identify data trends and work in sync with Sales Ops team to analyze & validate them
Shape strategy for current and future business units reporting, forecasting
Respond to companywide ad hoc requests for data and reporting
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
Automate reactive reporting and focus on proactive analysis and strategy to improve decision-making
Work in tandem with International reporting staff
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience
Proficiency in Power BI Dax. Excel, Powerpoint, CRMs (Salesforce), and ERP (Netsuite/Oracle/SAP)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to delivery high-quality results within established timelines.

MBA/Master’s Degree is preferred
Experience and strong orientation toward analysis and customer services
Demonstratable experience with analytical/data manupulation languages (Python, R, SQL)
Experience in a startup environment or global public companies, especially through IPO
Experience in the Solar or Renewable energy Industry

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000.
