We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead, coordinate, and execute multiple reporting and analytics projects within the Regional Compliance Organization. This includes end-to-end ownership of research, data analysis, documentation, design and development, testing, issue resolution, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit. The role requires strong collaboration across global teams to ensure timely delivery of insights that support compliance objectives and business growth.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain dashboards that positively impact revenue for Strategic Accounts and Independent Locations while ensuring a strong AML program and compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to a global compliance program by analyzing the accuracy and effectiveness of existing or new controls and systems to identify potential issues and areas of improvement.
  • Conduct research and analysis into complex issues concerning patterns and global trends associated with money laundering, terror financing, and other potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain risk-based models using Z-scores to measure deviations from dataset means, enabling the assessment and assignment of risk scores to Agent Locations.
  • Using advanced data analytics to maintain and design scalable reporting tools that facilitate the monitoring of multiple Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators (KPIs and KRIs).
  • Proposing preventing measures to prevent the failure of certain KPIs.
  • Partner with Regional Compliance management and Business/Sales teams for ad-hoc reports and visualizations to provide key insights into products and compliance controls.
  • Responsible for contributing to internal and external audit responses, state exams, volume forecasts, and other regulatory requests.
  • Data entry ensuring the information is saved in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate reporting.
  • May train and mentor lower-level analysts within the Regional Compliance Organization.

Role Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role with exposure to compliance, risk, or regulated environments. 
  • A bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Management, or a related area of study and/or equivalent is required.  
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with the ability to write complex queries and perform data profiling across data warehouses such as Snowflake, Alteryx, etc.
  • Experience working with Power BI (including usage of DAX), Power Query or similar data visualization tools; ideally in a global financial or compliance-driven organization. 
  • Advanced Excel (formulas, visuals, pivot tables, macros.).
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results.
  • English proficiency is a must.
