In this position, you will use U-Haul’s proprietary technology to coordinate maintenance and repair efforts, support shops and vendors, and ensure our customers receive the reliable service they expect. Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance efforts among centers, shops, vendors, and mobile repair technicians.

  • Monitor equipment in the field and plan strategic maintenance.

  • Oversee and direct Transfer Drivers.

  • Partner with the Roadside Assistance Team.

  • Lead maintenance campaigns and initiatives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with service providers.

  • Audit and review repair records for quality and accuracy.

  • Ensure outside garages meet U-Haul’s high standards of work.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work on-call when required.

  • General mechanical knowledge.

  • Multi-unit management or coordination experience.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology.

  • Consistent, reliable attendance.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Moderate risks requiring proper safety precautions (protective gear provided as needed).

  • Indoor/outdoor work with periods of standing, walking, or lifting up to 50 lbs. (with or without assistance).
