Role Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Repacking Lead & Project Execution Assistant to join our team at Unilever. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in one of the most critical areas of our supply chain, combining operational excellence with innovative project execution.
You will play a key role in ensuring end-to-end (E2E) repacking operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will have the responsibility to monitor and execute logistics projects within the warehouse, ensuring alignment with operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. A significant portion of our portfolio requires repacking before reaching the market, so agility and proactive problem-solving are essential.
