Activities associated with the Reliability Action Plan for mechanical seals at Repsol Petróleo Cartagena facilities.
On-site support for assessment and diagnosis of seals. Assistance during installation of seals.
Execution and monitoring of scheduled equipment routes in the plant
Support and involvement in root cause analysis studies for repetitive mechanical seal failures negatively impacting MTBR.
Maintenance of documentation and records in the contract tracking application.
Monitoring of key “Bad Actors”.
Inspection reporting.
Technical education: Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and instrumentation needed.
Capacity to work effectively in English will be highly valued.
