JOB PURPOSE
To meet the assigned KPIs and wealth targets (NII & NFI) through proactive and consistent sales activities including NTB acquisition, ETB farming and cross selling, etc.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for the growth in deposits and fee-based income (wealth solutions) for the assigned Enterprise Banking Division high value non-borrowing & borrowing business customers.
Increased the customer stickiness and product holding ratio by aggressively cross selling wealth solutions such as Bancassurance/ Takaful, cash management solutions and etc. and driving for main operating account.
Consistently analyze/ review customers/ team members portfolio in order to be able to continuously identify opportunities for banking solution upselling and cross selling initiatives.
Build and maintain customer relationship to ensure desirable customer experience and satisfaction.
Sales Management
Responsible for the overall sales activities of acquiring new customers and retaining existing assigned high-value non-borrowing & borrowing business customers by:
Achieving the assigned deposit growth and fee-based income target.
Aggressively cross-selling Enterprise Banking wealth solution, cash management solutions and other banking solutions.
Reaching out to potential business sectors and generate sustainable and quality inflow of potential leads.
Work closely with the team leads to engages relevant stakeholders in all marketing, business and promotional activities in ensuring effective and quality sales and service standard.
Manage sales processes to ensure compliance to Bank prescribed level of service standards. Provide support and assistance to other Departments/Divisions within the Bank with matters relating to the assigned segment.
Ensure timely submission of sales performance related report.
Maintains high compliance and sales discipline benchmark in accordance with Bank’s and regulatory guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, Economics or any similar discipline.
Experienced in marketing and credit processing.
Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written.
Good public speaking and presentation skills.
Overall Bank’s Credit, Operations and Product knowledge.
Keep abreast with SME issues, policies and trends in the country.
Basic business acumen and industry knowledge.
