Schedule Details/Additional Information:

·         Full time orientation (M-F 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM)  

·         Post orientation Two 8 hour shifts 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM and two 10 hours shifts 6:45 AM -5:15 PM

·         1 day off each week

·         Hours may need to flex to accommodate patient needs.

·         Call required with 30 minute response time.

·         Weekday call: 3:15 PM – 6:45 AM, Weekend call: Friday 3:15 PM - Monday 6:45 AM. Holiday call: approximately 1 every other year.

Flexibility is key as we prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced surgical setting, with a heavy focus on total joints, spine, ENT, ophthalmology, and urology.

 We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • OR experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
