Join our Clinical Observation Unit at Magnet designated Condell Medical Center. Here, you’ll find a collaborative, supportive, and highly engaged team committed to delivering compassionate, safe, and exceptional care. This 21-bed unit delivers outpatient services to observation patients who require monitoring and/or treatment that extends beyond the emergency department regimens. Our team cares for patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses with an expected length of stay of less than 24 hours. Our nursing team spans from enthusiastic new graduates to seasoned professionals with decades in practice—alongside dedicated nursing assistants who bring diverse skills and perspectives.
