* This per diem RNFA position includes required participation in call coverage to support emergency surgical needs, including stat C sections for rural hospital. The RNFA must be able to respond within 30 minutes when activated and will be scheduled for call one to three nights per week from 1715 to 0645 and one weekend per month from Friday at 1715 through Monday at 0645. To support consistency and work life balance, this role may include a set number of guaranteed daytime hours.

Pay Range is $84.49 to $112.48 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
