主要工作职能

  • 费用管理:负责G2N费用全流程管理,确保费用合规高效使用,支撑业务有序开展。
  • 产品管理:主导新品全生命周期管理,涵盖新品规划、上市推进及后续运营等关键环节。
  • 营销管理:统筹营销活动的整体规划、方案落地及执行全流程追踪,保障活动达成预期效果。
  • 销量管控:全面负责销量目标管理,通过数据追踪、策略调整等方式,确保销量目标稳步达成。
  • 运营优化与推广:负责对现有运营模式进行总结提炼与迭代优化,并推动成熟有效的运营模式在业务端复制推广

Key responsibilities

  • Charge Management: Responsible for the full-process management of G2N charges to ensure the compliant and efficient use of charges and support the orderly operation of business.
  • Product Management: Lead the full life cycle management of new products, covering key links such as new product planning, launch promotion, and subsequent operation.
  • Marketing Management: Coordinate the overall planning of marketing activities, the implementation of plans and the full-process tracking of execution to ensure that the activities achieve the expected results.
  • Sales control: Fully responsible for sales target management, ensuring the steady achievement of sales targets through data tracking, strategy adjustment, and other means.
  • Operation Optimization and Promotion: Responsible for summarizing, refining and iteratively optimizing the existing operation model, and promoting the replication and promotion of mature and effective operation models at the business end.

工作流程:

  • 计划制定:提前3个月制定区域Cycle Plan并提交TMK审批;提前2个月进行计划微调;提前1个月完成计划最终确认。
  • 执行追踪:当月依据总部数据,追踪区域计划的落地执行进度与效果。
  • 复盘总结:次月对活动执行情况进行复盘,总结经验与优化方向。

Workflow

  • Plan formulation: Develop the regional Cycle Plan three months in advance and submit it to TMK for approval. Make minor adjustments to the plan two months in advance. Complete the final confirmation of the plan one month in advance.
  • Execution tracking: In the current month, based on the data from the headquarters, track the progress and effectiveness of the implementation of regional plans.
  • Review and summary: In the following month, review the implementation of the activity, summarize experiences and optimize directions.

申请资格/职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历;
  • 熟悉销售流程,具备较强的业务数据分析、逻辑思维和行业动态洞察;
  • 3-5年快消品行业工作经验,有TMK经验者优先

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor Degree and above.
  • Familiar with the sales process, possessing strong business data analysis, logical thinking and industry trend insight.
  • Distribution management experience is preferred.
