About your job 

In this position, you lead our sales force in South Sweden to deliver on sales targets and KPIs while driving the implementation of our strategic initiatives locally. You develop, manage, implement and monitor all activities in your area of responsibility.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the business planning cycle, following up on local business results and implementing mitigation actions where required.
  • Building infrastructure for successful product and service sales.
  • Seeking growth in our strategic accounts following our Where to Compete (W2C) model and prioritizing where to focus based on our customers’ needs and partners’ strengths.
  • Driving collaboration and proactive communication to create a collaborative and open environment.
  • Seeking global solutions for efficiency and innovative technologies.

You’re a proactive and valued member of the Nordics Sales Management team and report to our Market Manager for Nordics. The location for this is flexible within Sweden. Travel is a natural part of your job.

Your profile  

We’re looking for someone with a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related qualifications from job experience. You have a strong business mindset and a financial understanding, balancing long-term needs with short-term results and operational performance. Experience in managing people, preferably within the machining business, is also required. Acting locally in a global organization calls for fluency in both Swedish and English.

You handle multiple topics simultaneously and think outside the box to create improvements. Being results-oriented and customer-centric, you communicate complex topics clearly, promoting understanding and engagement. With good networking skills and by embracing cultural differences, you collaborate easily with global partners. Your inclusive leadership and excellent collaborative and management skills guide our organization and lead multicultural teams.
