Deliver on budgeted sales objectives on a continuous basis through effective market liaising, DSM management, syndicate/ bond management, inventory management, etc., in adherence to the company’s compliance standards.
Set direction for a process compliant and consumer centric team culture (DSMs) by managing performance, communicating brand objectives and providing training on various company processes.
Ensure availability and visibility of products as per the prescribed format, by conducting regular shop audits and ensuring timely disbursement of trade schemes (post necessary approvals)
Implement and facilitate execution of initiatives on product positioning, visibility, market penetration, new market development and channel segmentation in order to augment business and exceed profit margins.
Monitor and analyze consumer behavior and relevant reports (market coverage plan, monthly plan achievement, outlet wise reports etc.) to proactively identify opportunities and risks, re-prioritize resources to maximize sales opportunities.
Develop deep market intelligence by engaging with different stakeholders in the industry and regarding any movement of competition in terms of launch, activation and promotions.
Effectively use all levers of the brand / portfolio P&L, to optimize business performance (budget control, traded schemes, resources allocation optimization, cost optimization, pricing strategy, inventory monitoring etc.)
Actively liaison, collaborate and communicate with Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, HR, External Affairs and other functions to seamlessly drive business and forecast any impending issues.

PROFILE DETAILS
QUALIFICATION
An MBA graduate with 4-6 years of experience in the FMCG/ FMCD industry
EXPEREINCE
Proven track record of leading an outsourced sales force
Ability to train the DSM/ 3rd party
Analytical ability: analyze market data
Ability to liaise at all levels internally and externally
Good administrative skills
