Job Description:
How you will make your mark
• Responsible for the overall management of service delivery readiness throughout the entire Service Life Cycle Process (SLP). This includes HPE direct workforce, sub-contractors as well as HPE Partner Ready Service Delivery Partners, and the Variable Workforce. 
• Focus on innovation utilizing AI
• Our Team leads AMS Regional readiness activities for over 250 NPIs and 35 NSIs yearly, with the vast majority of the NPI projects made partner ready (Channel enabled).  
• Lead xIRT (extended integrated readiness team) meetings for the AMS Geography 
• Provide service requirements into product development stages/phases 
• Provide readiness related support for new acquisitions and partnerships and strategy changes 
• Participate as an active member of the Integrated Readiness Team (IRT), present geographies implementation plan status, elevate identified issues/gaps as necessary 
• Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for delivery readiness information specific to the Americas geography
• Trusted advisor to numerous teams
About you
Typically 5 - 8 years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management.
Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role.
Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.
In-depth knowledge of the company's organization and policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis.
Medium level of planning, project management and change management skills. Project and change management training and certification as appropriate.
Good presentation skills. Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus. Impacts internal and external clients on WW basis.
