Job Description:

Airbus Helicopter's in Grand Prairie, TS is looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator to join the team.  As an integral part of the North American Helicopters Marketing team, this position plays a pivotal role in supporting

the overall marketing goals & objectives with particular focus on supporting operational plan, sales promotion & demonstrations, creation and updating of marketing collateral as well as utilizing digital marketing tools. This position requires strong organizational skills, drive, enthusiasm, creativity and the ability to work collaboratively with various team members for successful delivery of marketing campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator lends support and expertise as needed across the Marketing Team to augment different functions as needed. Strong communications & interpersonal skills as well as ability to drumbeat and execute timely are a must for this position.

Your Challenges:

Operations Support:  30%

  • Collaborate across the regional teams to update & develop existing/ new marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, presentations and tools

  • Consolidating  and updating the marketing calendar, ensuring that all activities are aligned with overall marketing strategy & objectives

  • Support planning and execution of  marketing events for AHNA including taking the lead on assigned projects for certain Regions/ Segments 

  • Keeping the marketing operational plan current with retex/ ROI to ensure full visibility for all team members

  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to align operational plans with campaign objectives and timelines

  • Ensure active promotion of products & services across Civil, Parapublic & Military segments 

  • Track expenses and ensure that all projects are executed within the allocated budget as well producing a monthly report on budget vs actual for Management reviews

  • Support analytics to capture Marketing ROI across business functions

Market & Customer Insights:  20%

  • Develop a thorough understanding of operators, their markets and their market trends to be able to customize Operational Plans and marketing tactics with the help of Marketing Functional Managers

  • Develop an understanding of regional & footprint of the organization in the context of industry, market and positioning

  • Support development of business cases, analytics and case studies as necessary

  • Onboarding of Product offering to be able to act as a Promoter in Marketing campaigns/ events & related activities 


Multi-functional Marketing Support:  20%

  • Provide essential, timely and cross-functional support to Marketing function managers as and when needed ensuring the seamless execution of plans across key business areas of Sales Support, Demonstrations, Customer Experience and Digital Marketing

  • Support in coordinating logistics and materials for events and demonstrations while capturing best practices for operational efficiencies

  • Help execute digital marketing campaigns, and maintaining the operational integrity of customer data, 

  • Contributing in enhancing customer experience and performance tracking 

 

Support & Services Marketing:  20%

  • Develop & have full understanding of AHNA Support & Services & customer expectations landscape to be the voice of the market internally for support & services marketing 

  • Help Marketing team develop & keep updated Support & Services Yearly Marketing Plan 

  • Focus on ramping up customer support & services  marketing initiatives including but not limited to Training, MRO, Blade Shop, Connected Services, Tech Support & other specialized services

  • Ensure support & services are  well represented in all Market Promotion initiatives with an evolution tracker on impact being created through these initiatives and recommend adjustments as necessary

Promotional Tools Support:  10%

  • Manage Marketing closet to ensure promotional items are always in stock

  • Update promotional goods catalogue & ensure visibility for all team members

  • Support timely delivery of all promotional material 

  • Drive active use salesforce with regional teams for an always updated view of Sales funnel/ Opportunities

  • Provide support to Sales team for active use of all digital marketing tools - apps/ databases/ marketing content


 

Additional Responsibilities: 

 

Other duties as assigned:       

  • Lead select marketing events/ projects/ activations during busy period  

  • Generate routine reports (monthly/quarterly) that summarize campaign performance and asset utilization, enabling the management team to calculate the final Return on Investment (ROI)

  • Bachelors degree  in business, marketing, data science; or equivalent experience and education

Experience:

Required:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, or Program Management.

Preferred:

  • A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, or Program Management..

  • Previous experience with detailed marketing analysis and modeling

  • Aviation (Civil or military) pilot or aircrew experience

  • Experience in Technical products, aviation industry and rotary wing industry

Travel Required: 

  • 20% Domestic and International

Citizenship: 

  • Authorized to Work in the US

  • Personal Protective Equipment required:  Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site

  • Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
