About The Role

The Regional Manager, Insurance Service is responsible for the delivery of exceptional service to Advisors. This role focuses on optimizing case management, advisor support, and operational efficiency while leading a high-performing service team. The Regional Manager will leverage technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity and collaborate closely with leadership to maintain HUB’s competitive edge as the better Managing General Agency (MGA).
 

What You’ll Do

Service Excellence & Case Management

  • Oversee case management for all insurance applications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, advisor-centricity, and proactivity.

  • Oversee reception functions, ensuring front-line interactions reflect professionalism and customer-centric service.

  • Proactively engage with key advisors, in coordination with RVPs and the National Manager Inforce, to make sure HUB is meeting and anticipating their service and operational needs.

  • Own and ensure resolution for all service and operational escalations.

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Leverage technology (e.g., Robotic Process Automation - RPA) to enhance service efficiency and advisor support.

  • Partner with all areas within Insurance Operations & Service to deliver seamless, end-to-end service excellence.

Leadership & Engagement

  • Lead, coach, and manage the Service team, fostering a high-performance culture through HR best practices.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Insurance Operations & Service vision, reinforcing HUB’s position as a leading MGA.

  • Participate in ad hoc special projects as required.

  • Represent Insurance Service & Operations within the regions you support, ensuring all needs are met and handled

  • Proven experience in insurance service operations, case management, and advisor support.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in team management, coaching, and performance development.

  • Ability to leverage technology solutions to drive service excellence and efficiency.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation


The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
