Key responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the overall planning and implementation management of the national NKA.
  • Responsibility for the overall planning, maintenance and relationship management of R/LKA customers across the country.
  • Responsibility for team management and empowerment。

工作流程:

  • 负责CP月度/季度推进、Scorecard月度/季度复盘,以及JBP年中回顾与年终总结,确保各项业务计划有序落地与达成。
  • 追踪市场及竞争对手动态,收集和分析市场数据,制定有效的销售策略,支撑业务增长。
  • 主导团队搭建,构建高效团队架构;同步开展团队赋能工作,提升团队专业能力。

Workflow

  • Responsibility for the monthly/quarterly promotion of CP, the monthly/quarterly review of Scorecard, as well as the mid-year review and year-end summary of JBP, to ensure the orderly implementation and achievement of all business plans.
  • Track market and competitor dynamics, collect analyze market data, formulate effective sales strategies, and support business growth.
  • Lead team building and establish an efficient team structure;Simultaneously carry out team empowerment work to enhance the professional capabilities of the team.

  • 本科及以上学历;
  • 3年以上RKA客户管理经验;
  • 优异的执行能力

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor Degree and above
  • At least 3 years of RKA-related experience
  • Outstanding execution ability
