Responsible for driving regional Fabrication and Rebar operational and sales excellence. Responsible for the business development of the Fabrication and Rebar production and operations across the region. Monitors and maintains efficiency in the regional fabrication operations and sales processes. Oversees fabrication and quality control across the region.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
•Manages the planning and execution of the fabrication operations across the region aligned to production, budgetary, and other financial performance goals.
•Oversees the implementation of safety, health and regulatory compliance for all Fabrication and Rebar sites within the region. Ensures consistent operational practices and safety compliance across the region.
•Effectively manages inventory levels across the region through the production process.
•Drives operational/sales strategies and projects across a team of Fabrication Managers to achieve KPIs and strategic goals.

Solutions require analysis and investigation.
Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. May recommend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors.
Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff.
Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Education and Experience
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally, 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven operational leadership with a track record of successfully managing multi-unit team in a matrix environment.
Proficiency in operational analysis, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making.
Ability to align operational strategies with business objectives and contribute to long term planning.
Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee and execute operational projects effectively.
Deep understanding of the industry best practices and trends in operations management.
