Business Partnering & Strategic Support
- Support the NAM Sr. Finance Business Partner for the Lead Logistics and Cold Chain Logistics Product families strategic and operational decision-making.
- Provide financial leadership in strategic planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.
- Support product profitability analyses, customer pricing, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Partner with product and operational leaders to develop business plans, identify areas for growth, efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
- Translate business performance into financial insights that drive action and accountability.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Participate in periodic product performance reviews, including variance analysis and commentary on key drivers.
- Develop and maintain product-level P&Ls, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance against targets.
- Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes.
- Collaborate with accounting and controlling teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and deliver insights based on evolving business needs.
Performance Management
- Monitor revenue streams, margins, and operating costs to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend proactive actions to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with finance peers and business leaders to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
Process Improvement & Governance
- Contribute to financial process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance or business analysis.
- Proven experience in performance reporting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication and ability to engage with leaders across functions and levels.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, and SAP-S4 is a plus.
- Experience influencing without authority and working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Lead Logistics, Cold Chain Logistics, or similar is a strong advantage.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
