Regional Account ManagerAs a Regional Account Manager at Sedgwick, you’ll have the opportunity to take on new challenges and help solve complex problems for the world’s best brands.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To promote and sell the organization's products and/or services within an assigned geographic area; To generate sales leads for prospects/clients via telemarketing, social media, local marketing events, and direct contact with property claims adjusters and manager level professionals. To engage potential clients interested in the organization’s products and/or services.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience: Three to Five years outside sales experience calling on the property & casualty claims industry, equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills & Knowledge: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, PC literate, including Microsoft Office products, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation skills, and strong organizational skills.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,000 USD per year to $110,000 USD per year. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
