We are seeking a Refurbishment Technician to join our team and support the inspection, repair, and testing of returned coffee brewers and espresso machines. This role is responsible for diagnosing issues, replacing components, performing functional tests, and ensuring all refurbished units meet company quality standards before resale or redeployment. The ideal candidate has hands-on technical experience, attention to detail, and works efficiently.
This role is based in our office in San Francisco, CA and requires you to be in-office 5 days per week.
This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with the hardware and software product development teams. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic development environment. Organization, thoroughness, and attention to detail are essential attributes for this position.
What You’ll Do
Salary Range: $30-$35/ hour, depending on experience
