Position Summary
As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist with Life Time, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to help coordinate and manage recruitment marketing strategies, support our externally facing systems and platforms, and deliver an amazing employment brand and candidate experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the programmatic recruitment marketing campaign process, monitoring marketing spend and manually posting where needed to support hiring needs
- Manages the technology issue ticketing system for Career Site and partners with internal and external resources
- Supports the Talent Acquisition social media campaign strategy
- Monitors and responds to candidate feedback received via the career site chat bot and candidate engagement surveys
- Assists with the development of recruitment marketing and employment brand materials
- Monitors and responds to candidate feedback received via the career site chat bot and candidate engagement surveys
- Audits third party job boards for accuracy and manages job posting feeds
- Manages the reconciliation process for all external job marketing requests
- Provides support in the areas of reporting and analytics
Position Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Design, Creative, Human Resources or a related field
- 1 or more years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Talent Acquisition
- Strong project management skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with branding and social media
Preferred Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in recruitment marketing or employment branding
- 1 or more years of experience working with a Content Management System
- 1 or more years of experience supporting social media campaigns
- Solution oriented and self-motivated
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $26.00 and pays up to $34.50, based on experience and qualifications.
