Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).


Echodyne is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. 

The Recruiting Coordinator keeps the hiring process running smoothly from start to finish by handling interview logistics, staying in touch with candidates, and making sure every interaction feels positive and professional. This role is all about keeping things organized, efficient, and aligned with the company’s goals, while helping both applicants and hiring teams have a great experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams (onsite, virtual, and phone).
  • Communicate interview details and confirmations to candidates and interviewers.
  • Assist with the coordination of candidate travel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage the onsite interview experience, including checking in and escorting candidates.
  • Occasionally assist in other recruiting activities such as reporting, applicant screening, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Other related tasks required to fulfill the needs of the business

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing complex calendar and event scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality.

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE 
(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting recruiting in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding workflows.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

The pay range for this position is $25 - $30 per hour.
