Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Associate to join our talent acquisition team. This role focuses on recruiting coordination, candidate sourcing, and full-cycle recruiting for entry-level positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, relationship-focused, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting Coordination

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and update applicant status in Greenhouse
  • Prepare interview materials and ensure hiring teams have the necessary candidate information
  • Schedule and coordinate phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and provide regular status updates to hiring managers
  • Handle logistics for candidate interviews, including room reservations and Zoom set-up

Candidate Sourcing and Application Review

  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn networking events, and referrals
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate research and qualification to identify strong potential matches
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse candidate pools
  • Maintain candidate databases and track sourcing metrics in Greenhouse

Entry-Level Recruiting*

*This role will have the opportunity to grow into Entry-Level Recruiting responsibilities

  • Conduct an initial phone call to assess candidate qualifications for entry-level roles
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles for entry-level roles
  • Facilitate feedback collection and decision-making processes
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process

What You’ll Bring

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience as a recruiting coordinator with a desire to grow into a recruiter.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems is a must; experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive candidate information.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful attitude.
  • Familiarity with recruiting practices and processes is required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with calendar management systems and scheduling software

Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
