We are seeking a remote Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Team. This role is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting position focused primarily on supporting our Sales, Operations, and General & Administrative (G&A) teams. You will drive the entire hiring process—from requisition opening to candidate closing—with a primary focus on managing and converting inbound applicants.
Exceptional performance in this role may lead to the opportunity to convert to a full-time, permanent position in the second half of the year, based on business needs.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple non-engineering business functions, with a distinct focus on maximizing the quality and conversion of inbound applicants.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic hiring partner for leaders across our Sales, Operations, and G&A teams.
Process Optimization: Proactively identify interviewing bottlenecks and implement efficient, scalable solutions to improve the candidate experience and speed-to-hire.
Influence & Execution: Navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent and achieve aggressive hiring targets.
Experience: 2+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience.
Remote Hiring: Proven success hiring remote roles across various US markets.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
Tech Stack: Prior experience using Greenhouse ATS is a significant plus.
Industry Focus (A Plus): Experience recruiting within financial institutions, banks, or lending/FinTech organizations is a strong advantage.
Kiavi takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. The expected annualized base pay range for this full-time role to be performed remotely is $70,000 to $96,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
