Boeing Jacksonville is looking for an Experienced Records Accountability Analysts (Level C) to support the team onsite in Jacksonville, FL.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Documents and maintains completed build/quality/inspection records to maintain the integrity of as-built deliverable product configuration

  • Reconciles erroneous data entries to ensure all production records are completed and accounted for by conducting database queries and performing audits of planning and production schedules

  • Monitors work of less experienced employees

  • Assembles data packages and log books from traceable build records in accordance with applicable requirements to provide visibility of deliverable product build status

  • Provides product build information to status the product for roll out, flight and/or delivery

  • Provides solutions to a variety of complex problems by developing and implementing process and procedure improvements to ensure the integrity of the documentation for product build process

  • Maintains records storage and shipping logs to assure retrievability in compliance with applicable requirements

  • Works under limited supervision
     

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in aircraft records

  • 1+ years of experience using Excel to perform data analysis

  • 1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • Able to work 2nd shift

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Associates degree or higher

  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • 1+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

  • 1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

  • 1+ years of experience working with Military and/or civilian aircraft logbooks and records

  • Experience supporting both internal and external customers

Shift:

Summary Pay Range: $52,700 - $71,300/Annually
