Provide telephonist service during office hours (Mon-Fri)
· Update phone list in a timely manner
Conduct analysis of service requests for improvement

100% of requests to be processed immediately if received within business operating hours for the country
Tracking all metrics and complete periodic reports to manage of performance and indicators at appropriate levels.

Assist incoming and outgoing courier and registered mail process
Badge, lift card and key management
Program, issue, terminate access card for staff / office visitor/ contractor
Maintain related documents and report
Manage BAC request via Corrigo and daily report out
Manage business card requests
Update phone list in a timely manner

Digital signage management
Regional meeting pass-down sharing and coordination
Employee onboarding and resignation support
Fully collaboration with Taipei office in terms of any reception related task alignment and proactive initiatives
