Job Title
R&D Technician IResponsible for analyzing and controlling processes and projects in the development/pilot production of high quality ceramics. In addition, responsible for sample preparation, test, and analysis of ceramic or other related materials.Roles & Responsibilities:
Works under close supervision following approved work instructions in the creation and/or analysis of high quality ceramic products. Supports analyzing data, systems, processes, product or equipment to achieve the desired results. Works on assigned projects, contributes to technical reports as required. Collects data requiring the use and application of appropriate software to accurately maintain specified records of technical data. Demonstrates proficiency to learn and run operations as required. Recognizes and reports deviation of specific equipment and processes to leadership. Knows and follows all safety requirements, including emergency evacuation; strives to maintain a safe work environment and reports potential hazards to lead or supervisor.
