  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on regulatory documentation (MAA) and maintain registration archives.
  • Oversee RP duties, including compliance checks and product release, ensuring adherence to Infarmed standards.
  • Support scientific and medical writing for clinical studies, regulatory submissions, and internal documentation.
  • Track product safety and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with legislation.

  • Expertise in drug products (must-have), medical devices (strongly preferred), and ideally cosmetics or biologics.
  • Ability to balance risk and compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Strong sense of consistency and stability in career history.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-changing environment and influence improvements.
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude – ready to “roll up your sleeves” and get things done.
  • Down-to-earth and collaborative approach with colleagues.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to shape QA/RA processes in a global dermatology leader.
  • A collaborative, informal, and supportive work environment.
  • Career stability with room for growth and influence.
