  • Estimated annual base pay:  $89,000.00 (minimum) - $116,000.00 (midpoint) - $142,000.00 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Quality Standards: Oversees daily operations to ensure all products meet established quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Team Performance: Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and implements improvement plans to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Resolve Quality Issues: Identifies, troubleshoots, and addresses quality related problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
  • Coordinate Cross Functional Activities: Collaborates with other supervisors and departments to align quality initiatives and improve overall process efficiency.
  • Facilitate Training Programs: Organizes and delivers training sessions to team members on quality procedures and best practices to maintain high standards.
