What You Will Do:

Pratt & Whitney’s Commercial Serviceable Assets function of our Commercial Aftermarket organization is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to conduct quality clerk duties at our Dallas (TX) Distribution Center (DDC).

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and running various reports for daily/monthly metric submissions
  • Updating and Putting together Power Point presentations
  • Participating in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions relative to customer complaints.
  • Supporting the Quality Notification (QN) process on applicable hardware.
  • Supporting CORE/continuous improvement processes/initiatives within areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to achieving organization quality goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to attaining Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) goals and objectives including compliance with all applicable policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
  • Utilizing computers for a wide variety of material processing activities within area of responsibility.
  • Various other duties as assigned by your Director/Manager Quality Assurance or delegate.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experienced in the use of SAP.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft TEAMS.
  • Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. of weight unassisted.
  • Personal computer aptitude including proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables.
  • Good organizational and communications skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities and the ability to compose business correspondence.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
