Job Description Summary:
The Lead APP Acute Care - Shift Level 2 helps create a collaborative culture as a frontline resource and peer-level leader. The Lead APP provides input on processes, serves as a support function for management, and provides insight and advocacy to their APP group. The Lead APP spends a majority of time providing direct patient care in collaboration with physician partners and the multidisciplinary team specific to practice area.Responsibilities And Duties:

APP - Advanced Practice Provider - State of Ohio Board of Nursing, BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingAdditional Job Description:
Master's degree in nursing or physician associate studies.
Current licensure as NP or PA in Ohio.
National certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, NCCPA).
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in critical care or acute care.
Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and education.
Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare data systems.
