Our Distribution Center in Paisley & Glasgow are dedicated to implementing and maintaining world-class quality systems.

Join us in an ambitious role where you'll support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure flawless operations.

A day in the Life:

  • Perform daily Good Distribution Practice checks and enforcement
  • Manage the Document Control System
  • Drive investigations and report Customer Complaints+
  • Facilitate and participate in Customer/Internal audits.
  • Utilize and manage the Trackwise system for non-conformances, deviations, and CAPA.
  • Deputise for the Quality Assurance Manager as the need arises, including participating in customer audits/visits and representing the Quality team in site projects and initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as the need arises and/or assigned.

Proven problem-solving abilities and outstanding teamwork are essential to excel in this role.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in quality management or a related field

Experience

  • 3-5 years in quality assurance in a distribution or logistics environment
  • Knowledge of Regulatory and Quality System requirements
  • Experience with quality management software and tools

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Primarily desk-based but may involve work in various temperature conditions within the warehouse. Use of PPE is required.
