Hexcel is currently seeking a Quality Coordinator for our Parla location (Spain).

The selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations:

To coordinate the work with Process Engineers in Continuous improvement projects as FOD, vision systems, Nadcap...
To coordinate the work with Satellite plants in standardization plans
To coordinate the work closely with production to implement” right first time” culture and “error-proofing initiatives” and improving understanding of customer requirements.
Problem solving: Understand root cause of our main issues causing problems (customer rejections, complaints, internal NC’s, scrap, etc.) and implement robust corrective actions and verify their effectiveness to avoid reoccurrence.
Implement preventive actions and standardize learnt lessons/good practices across the lines.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) and experience in Composite.
A Master in Composite Materials will be an asset
English speaking.
Advanced level in data software’s.
Statistical or Six Sigma knowledge.
