Key responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Overseeing and optimizing inventory management processes, ensuring systematic accuracy of inbound and outbound operations, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Inventory counts: Planning, executing and analyzing inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, identify and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

What you should bring with you:

  • You have a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • You have experience in warehouse operations and WMS systems.
  • Experience in a warehouse and distribution environment with a focus on quality control, inventory management or a related area.
  • You can demonstrate advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • You already have experience with inventory management practices, such as inventory counts.
  • You demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on preventing inventory discrepancies and improving process efficiency.
  • You are familiar with industry standard quality control procedures and best practices.
  • You have business fluent German and English skills.
