Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our dedicated team at the historic Baileys site on Nangor Road, Dublin.

Baileys combines aged Irish whiskey and rich dairy cream with hints of cocoa and vanilla — enjoyed in over 160 countries. Our skilled and passionate team proudly produce and bottle 8.9 million cases each year.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to shape the future of Baileys, safeguarding individuals, upholding our brand integrity, and enhancing our global reputation. The role plays a pivotal part in supporting Baileys’ contribution to Diageo’s performance ambitions and 2030 sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Roll out the Quality and Food Safety Category Plan with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Diageo policies and standards.
  • Audit Leadership: Lead the Global Risk Management System (GRMS) auditing programme, ensuring satisfactory ratings and effective controls.
  • Systems Management: Manage ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 programmes.
  • Training: Oversee timely delivery of mandatory compliance training for all staff.
  • Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor across all levels, promoting compliant behaviour and providing expert support on Quality and Food Safety matters.
  • Market Registration: Oversee the registration process with global markets.
  • Culture: Embed a strong culture of Quality and Food Safety across the site.
  • Collaboration: Engage with global Quality and Food Safety communities, sharing learning and best practice to stay ahead of the curve.

About You

You are a Quality and Food Safety professional with experience in a world-class FMCG or manufacturing environment, ready to influence, lead, and drive a culture of excellence. You combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, collaboration, and a genuine passion for quality.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Quality and Food Safety within a process manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong compliance background and knowledge of ISO and FSSC standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong influencer with the ability to drive results through others.
  • Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to hold others accountable and deliver strong, positive outcomes.
  • Highly organised, motivated, and proactive in driving improvements and compliance culture.
