Minimum Skills Required to Hire:
The candidate:
- Must have at least 1 year tenure in current position
- Must be meeting or exceeding performance metrics in the current position
- Must not have any attendance issues and have not received any disciplinary action
Education:
- College/University graduate preferably with previous related work experience in the financial services
Technical Skills:
- Clinical Forms: Ability to handle moderate to complex clinical forms, demonstrating a strong understanding of the nuances involved in processing these documents.
- Provider Form: Competence in managing basic provider forms, ensuring accurate completion and compliance with required standards.
- VT Feed: Proficiency in handling basic VT feed tasks, maintaining data accuracy and efficiency in processing.
- Superior knowledge of LTC Information Resource policies and procedures;
- Knowledge of inter and inter-and-intra departmental work flows and procedures;
- Excellent typing skills
- Experienced in Excel, Access and access related report generation
- Proficiency in all the following systems: Promise, LifePRO, CSC, Beacon and Group GLTC
- Medical terminology, coding and provider billing practices required
Soft Skills:
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills include ability to draw conclusions from statistical data and recognize cause and affect relationships in processes and workflows.
- Ability to facilitate feedback of audit results in a detailed, educational and professional manner.
- Strict attention to detail
- Excellent coaching skills
